Fall Mini Sessions | Apple Valley Orchard | Cleveland TN Portrait Photographer

It’s finally fall! My favorite season of the year! Time for apple cider, carving pumpkins, scarves and sweaters, and mini sessions!

I was so excited to be hosting my fall mini sessions this year at the Apple Valley Orchard in Cleveland, Tennessee. It is always the perfect spot for pictures, and you can help out a local business by grabbing some locally grown apples and hand made goodies after your photos! One of my families who booked a mini session with me bought me a fried apple pie! It was so good!!

During the year, I have families that will book an hour family session with me. However, one of the advantages of scheduling a mini session is if you have small kids they most likely aren’t going to last for a whole hour. A 15-20 minute mini session is the perfect amount of time to shoot! And when working with kids, a lot of times you have to follow their lead and shoot a lot to get some great photos! They had so much fun picking apples and running around the farm. I absolutely love shooting families! And course, I always get a few photos of just mom and dad 🙂

One of my families (who won a free mini session from me on Instagram!) asked if they could bring their dog to their session. Um, yeah! Of course! I absolutely love pets, and I believe they are important members of your family.
