How many of you out there have kids at home? I’m sure a lot of you do and you are trying to do your best to teach your children while they are home for the rest of the school year. And do that while you yourself are working from home. Whew! Makes for some long days!
I usually only blog about things related to photography and my current sessions. But we are living in different times right now, and I want to make sure I can send out as much needed information about important things to help you!
School systems around the country are working hard to connect with kids on digital learning. As a former teacher, I know how stressful this can be for teachers, parents and students as everyone tries to work around the pandemic. But I also realize that sometimes you can’t access your digital homework and kids need additional resources to keep learning, even if it’s fun stuff for them to do to keep their brains active!
So with the help of my mom who is a current teacher, I have compiled a list of free educational resources! Freaking awesome, right! Some of the websites below are usually only accessible with a paid subscription, but they are free right now while children are learning from home.
I have broken these lists down into different subjects, generalized websites for learning, and just fun activates to do when your kids aren’t learning (even though they really are!).
