I was so excited to be hosting my fall mini sessions this year at the Apple Valley Orchard in Cleveland, Tennessee. It is always the perfect spot for pictures, and you can help out a local business by grabbing some locally grown apples and hand made goodies after your session! One of my families who booked a mini session with me bought me a fried apple pie! It was so good!!

I had such a wonderful time shooting this family last fall. Their photos have literally been some of my favorite images I have ever taken. To watch children grow up each year and getting to document that for a family is such an amazing privilege because that family will be looking back on these photos when their children get older.

I’ll be the first one to admit that I don’t wear make up everyday and I’m lucky if I get to wash my hair! Taking care of two kids all day and running a photography business at the same time, not to mention being a wife and trying to keep my house clean, is a lot to do! However, you really need to set some time aside for yourself and schedule some head shots or a branding session. Showing who you are to your clients is one of the best things you can do for your business!
