I was so excited this year to host another round of fall mini sessions in Chattanooga! These mini sessions were special as I shot this year at a new location and used a completely new setup. My fall mini sessions were held the first weekend in October! I always choose October as the month for my fall mini sessions because the weather is still a little warm. My clients book with me early enough that they have their photos back within one to two weeks, which leaves plenty of time to order holiday cards. I love when clients send me a holiday card with their photos!!
These mini sessions looked different this year as I shot at Red’s Hay Farm in Ooltewah, off Highway 58. I also rented Miss Daisy, the yellow VW photo bus! I always enjoy shooting at new locations, but I also wanted to try something new and fun for my clients this year. Red’s Hay Farm is popular every summer with sunflowers and the farm has so many great spaces for photos. I decorated the bus with some fun pillows, boho elements and pumpkins and leaves. My clients had the choice of taking photos in front of the bus, but also in the field behind it so they would have plenty of options!
I love seeing my client’s families grow and meeting new families! Even though these are only mini sessions, I make sure to send all of my families a questionnaire so I can get to them better before their session! I love how each family is unique in how they spend time together and what they value most about each other.
I love how each mini session turned out! If you are interested in booking a fall or holiday mini session with me next year, consider joining my email list! This is where I send out all of my information in August. My email list is given the opportunity to book their spot first!
Enjoy some photos from my fall mini sessions this year!
