There are so many gorgeous hiking spots for engagement photos, especially around the Chattanooga area. I’m always up for a good hike, so I strapped on my boots and they led the way down the Glen Falls Trail on Lookout Mountain. You could tell how much love that Amy and Chris have for each other. We all talked and laughed the entire time during their session! I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in July!

One of my favorite moments during an engagement session or wedding is when I witness my couple laughing together. I don’t mean when they’re laughing because I told them to for their photos. I mean that real, authentic, joyful laugh between two people in love, and they don’t realize that I am there with my camera. That’s the way I would describe the love between Kassi and Dalton. Needless to say, their wedding at The Press Room in Knoxville was so special and memorable!

I remember graduating from college back in 2005. Yes, that was definitely a while ago, I know! But when I received my diploma and knew that I was done writing research papers and turning in projects, I was ready to take on the world! It definitely took me a while to figure out my path in life, but I eventually learned what I wanted to do. Therefore, when Abbie contacted me about shooting her senior session at Lee, I was so excited to capture this special time for her! We had such a great time shooting on Lee University’s campus here in Cleveland!
